10	All material is in publishable form; that is, it is thoroughly proof-read and without careless errors.

10	Material shows strong understanding of major ideas and displays critical thinking in placement of text and slide composition.

10	All flaws pointed out by the instructor and/or peer advisors in drafts have been corrected.

5	Presentation has a title slide that creatively conveys topic.

Content - Technical

10	The presentation includes a minimum of 3 slides.

10	The presentation includes a variety of text fields, graphics, transitions, and builds.

10	The presentation has a professional look with an overall graphic theme that appeals to the audience, compliments information, and each slide is visually neat incorporating a variety of layouts.

Communication

10	You know your material thoroughly, and your presentation is smooth.

5	You maintain eye contact with the group and communicate without reading your entire presentation.

5	You use each slide as a lead into the additional information you have on the topic.

20	Your pronunciation and intonation demonstrates proficiency.

10	At the conclusion of sharing your information, you check for understanding via questions or oral quiz, etc.

5	Your presentation is a mininum of 3 minutes.

Technical Organization

5	You can access the GA Main Server and have saved your presentation in your personal folder. You have also made a backup copy of your presentation to assure against any disaster.

5	Each member of the audience has been given a handout of your presentation which includes an area to take notes.
