Dear Elizabeth Cady Stanton,
Let me introduce myself. My name is Molly Cottontail. I am writing this letter to you to tell you how I outsmarted my friend, Billy.
I outsmarted Billy by drinking up all his butter. When he found out his butter was gone, he sure was mad. Then he asked Mistah Fox and me who had taken his butter. As you might know, I drank the butter, but when Billy wnet away and Mistah Fox was asleep, I took some of the butter and smeared it on Mistah Fox's stomach. It was a hot day and the butter would be brought to the skin. (This is part of the trick I played. I said the person who ate the butter would have it come to the surface of his or her skin.) When Billy got back, he saw the butter on the fox's stomach and so Mistah Fox got blamed.
I sure did outsmart him, didn't I? It shows how smart women are!
Your friend,
Molly Cottontail
