Domtian's Backround
Domitian is known as one of the most unpopular emperors that ever lived
in Rome. He lived from 51-96 AD and followed in his brotherís and
father's footsteps and became the third and last Flavian emperor in 81
AD. He inherited the empire after his brother suddenly died after only
ruling for two years. The only Romans which Domitian was popular with
was the army. After fifteen years of ruling he was extremely unpopular,
especially with the senate. Domitian lived in Rome his whole life.
Domitian was born in Rome in October 24, 51 AD and died in 96 AD.
