Elephant Beetle

The Elephant Beetle is three inches long. It has very good camouflage. On its back it looks like an elephant so bugs won't attack it. Its cousin is the Katydid.
It lives in Texas and has a stinger. It is very hard to find. It can live to be two years old. It is afraid of other bugs. They are afraid of people. I live this kind of insect. Remember, don't squish them!
